As it scientifically known men tend to gain fat _unhealthy fat of course _ more than women do .
especially at their abdominal area
period .
so I `ll try to show you how danger you will get if you gain an over fat thing..but first of all: bring a tape measure . place it on your belly ((dont try to play games by holding ur breaths ))
if it `s over 40 inches I strongly advise you to continue .. if not also continue coz you might be a great help to other -- walking belly--

you might have diseases such as Diabetes,HBP,Isulen resistance and some types of cancers.
How can you fix it..: ??!!
we all are responders than preventers ,, we dont prevent anything from coming however, we respond to our problems after it`s to late...
so I understand you if you neglect this and continue on being a potato coach ..
but there are easy ways to fix it.or may I say prevent it from coming ISA
exercising \\ most men need at least 30 min of regular active routine to remain heathy .. but here I am talking about those who struggle with BELLY FAT..
there is no particular exercise to lose belly fat , however, swimming ,walking ,riding bicycle and any thing that requires hard breathing is good to burn calories ...
dont eat full fat food \\ such as fried chicken , potatos, burgers , and so on...
I know it`s a hard thing to cut all that kinds of food , but , if you really want to remain healthy mix small abound of the previous mentioned food with alot of green vegetables to make you full and content ..
